Your Party, the new UK left party that is currently going through a setting-up process, has put in motion a form of Open Selection for the appointment of members of its Central Executive Committee. Many obstacles lie in the path of Your Party before it can become a relevant force for progressive change in the UK but the adoption of Open Selection for leadership roles can only be a good thing.
